My ethos as an instructor and coach has always been about making PEOPLE feel. I grew up a performer and never thought I’d find something that made me feel the way the stage did. In a world that has become desensitized to things that make us FEEL, fitness (and similarly the arts, music, etc) has the ability to make people feel.
